A: To reschedule or cancel a current appointment, please log in to your account via your confirmation appointment email.

A: In order to keep costs passed on to the customer to a minimum, our clinic has streamlined many traditional processes including eliminating a landline phone number. If you need to contact your provider, their emails are listed on the CONTACT page.

A: Please wear workout attire as you will be performing exercises.

Q: I feel sore after my treatment, is that normal?

A: Yes, it is absolutely normal to sore for a day or two after Ortho-therapy, just as you would be sore trying a new form of exercise.

Q: How many treatments will I need?

A: Our average treatment plan is 4.2 with a 90% resolution rate. The average for traditional physical therapy is about 16 visits and chiropractic roughly 30 visits.
