Dr. Beau B Hightower

Dr. Greg Donadio

Dr. Greg Donadio went to school at Florida Atlantic University where he studied business and marketing. His passions turned him away from traditional business studies and toward the field of physical fitness and corrective exercise. He completed his strength and conditioning personal training certification at the National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM). Dr. Donadio was recently asked to treat onsite at Unbreakable gym, the home of Nick Jonas, Demi Lovato, and Sly Stalone.
Dr. Greg has been certified in a unique soft tissue approach called the facsial distortion model (FDM) which focuses on the fascia component of soft tissue injuries.
His most recent accomplishment has been the completion of his LMT (Licensed Medical Massage Therapist) degree at the ABQ School of Medical Massage. Dr. Greg earned his doctorate in Naparapathy from Southwest University of Naprapathic Medicinewhere he earned awards for his clinical skills. His specialization focuses on Trigger Point Therapy, self myofascial release, Postural Assessments, and Muscle Energy Techniques.
Dr. Greg was the GM of Personal Training at two L.A Fitness gyms in south Florida for three years and has worked with multiple professional athletes, tri-athletes and celebrities. Greg is the therapist of choice for many in the film industry.
Currently, Dr. Greg competes in physique and bodybuilding competitions around the country in the National Physique Committee, and holds the title of New Mexico Physique Champion. In addition, KASA 2 news has built a workout segment around Greg and his training techniques. Dr. Greg has worked alongside Dr. Hightower with multiple UFC professionals, NFL athletes and Olympians. They continue to grow as a team, helping people from around the country to change lives and help people live pain-free.
Dr. Charlsey McDonald
PT, DPT (Serving New Mexico)
Clinic Director Midtown Location/Certified Ortho-Therapist
Charlsey is a native New Mexican who received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in 2011. She began her career at Lovelace in an acute care setting. "Dr. Char" brings valuable clinical experience from a variety of clinical settings to the practice. Charlsey has a passion for manual physical therapy, sports specific therapy, being involved with
the geriatric population, and studying neuro-networking in the body.
Her experience has been in geriatrics, pediatrics and outpatient orthopedic settings. She has a passion for helping people live healthy and active lives and has maintained outstanding relationships with the best Orthopedic Surgeons in New Mexico as they trust her clinical judgement. She is certified in dry-needle therapy which does wonders for tight muscles.
Dr. McDonald recently served as the official Physical Therapist for the award winning play, Matilda. She was asked to join them based on her reputation for outstanding and innovative treatment.
Dr. Alicia Martinez

Dr. Alicia graduated with honors Southwest University of Naprapthic Medicine with a doctorate in naprapathic medicine and also graduated with honors from Carrington College-Albuquerque Campus with an Associates of Science in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program and is currently a Licensed Naprapthic Physician in the state of New Mexico. Alicia gained a vast knowledge of Kinesology, anatomy & physiology, pathology, neurological conditions related to physical therapy, pediatric care related to physical therapy, along with other special populations, injury rehabilitation, etc.. Her clinical experience as a LPTA consists of inpatient (burn and trauma), outpatient, and sports related outpatient orthopedic clinic.
Dr. Alicia is now a certified Ortho-Therapist at Elite-Ortho Therapy and Sports Medicine. She has had the opportunity to work along side Dr. Hightower to continue her knowledge and expertise with an array of patients including Jackson's MMA fighters, World class Olympians, bodybuilding professionals, 10 year old soccer players, 82 year old golf players, and everyone in between.
Dr. Alicia also attended Crystal Mountain School of Therapeutic Massage where she gained the knowledge, and practical application of postural analysis, pain management, myofascial release, trigger point release, sports massage, anatomy and physiology and many other traditional massage therapy techniques.
Alicia has an extensive background in entrepreneurship and client services.
Dr. Anthony Sotelo

Dr. Anthony Sotelo was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. He received his first-degree black belt in taekwondo at age ten. Soon after, he developed a love for skateboarding. During high school, Dr. Anthony became a sponsored athlete and skated for many different companies and won several competitions.
Upon graduating high school he decided to leave the world of skateboarding and focus on getting a college education. Dr. Anthony attended the University of Arizona, where he studied and tutored nutritional science and molecular and cellular biology. His love and passion for helping people lead him to New Mexico to receive his clinical doctorate in Naprapathic Medicine.
Dr. Anthony graduated with honors from Southwest University of Naprapathic Medicine in Santa Fe, New Mexico. After graduating with his doctorate, joined Dr. Beau Hightower at the world famous Jacksonwink MMA Academy. On his free time Anthony enjoys training martial arts, skateboarding and spending time with his family and friends. He is now a clinical professor for doctoral students at SUNM.
Dr. Kathleen Esquibel

Dr. Kathleen Esquibel grew up in Carlsbad, NM graduated in 2006 from Carlsbad High and moved to Albuquerque to attend the University of New Mexico.
She earned her my undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry. Dr Esquibel attended the Southwest University of Naprapathic Medicine where she graduated with honors and obtained her Doctor of Naprapathy medical license.
She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist through the NSCA. She is an avid swimmer and swam on both club and high school teams, she has since used her passion for swimming to transition into endurance training and participating in triathlons. In her down time I enjoy being outside, spending time with my family and pets!
Maya Ramsay

Maya Ramsay is a NASM certified personal trainer and yoga instructor with ten years of experience in the field. Her passion for sports medicine and exercise therapy has given her a comprehensive understanding of the body and has helped her excel in teaching clients how to take care of their body. Maya has had a dynamic and diverse career in the field of health and wellness while working in gyms, yoga studios, spas and rehabilitation hospitals both here in New Mexico and in San Francisco, CA.
Maya is a certified Level 1 Kinesiotape Expert and Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated at the top of her class. She has been a distance runner for over fifteen years and recently started running ultra marathons.
Maya has experienced first-hand the benefits of properly taking care of the body and is thrilled to be able to share that knowledge with those around her. When she is not teaching and working at Elite OSM, you'll find her trail running, mountain biking and exploring the amazing outdoors as well as spending time with her family and friends.
Christal Archuleta

Christal Archuleta is a Native New Mexican Born and Raised in Albuquerque NM. In 2006 She Attended Pima Medical Institute Massage Program Graduated Top of her Class in 2007. Christal has worked in Healthcare for over 20 years and has a lot of experience in the Medical Field ie Clerical Clinical Inpatient Outpatient care Orthopedics, Geriatric, General Medical, and Family Practice.
Christal began working for Presbyterian Homecare and Hospice dept as an Intake Coordinator, Coordinating patient care at home with at home Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech therapy and Personal Care. She mainly worked at DownTown Presbyterian
Hospital and the Orthopedic Floor was her main floor Discharging and coordinating care for
many patients coming in for hip and knee replacements. CHristal wanted to further her
education and was really interested in Orthopedics. She wanted to do something that would
benefit her patients Pre and Post surgery and became very interested in Massage therapy.
Enrolled at Pima for their Massage Program and learned so much.
She recently had a patient that was in need of a knee replacement. The Surgeon that did the
surgery was Dr Archibeck, one of the Docs that she worked with back a Presbyterian. Working
and training closely with Dr Greg Donadio This patient was one of those moments when she
realized this was exactly why she became a therapist. They worked together on this patient Pre
Surgery and Post Surgery had him moving and grooving faster then the average Knee
replacement treatment would be. Ortho-Therapy and Bodywork is not only a big part of Christals
life it has saved her Life.
Christal is Married and is a Mother of 2 Beautiful Girls. Six years ago Christal took back her life,
fought obesity and lost 95lbs all with diet and exercise. No surgeries pills definitely done the old
fashion way. Her Hobbies are working out ie Kickboxing, Muay Thai and weight lifting. She
works really hard to live a Happy Healthy Fulfilling Life Enjoying her family watching her girls
grow up and giving her patients the absolute best care.
Brittany Hoye
PTA (Serving New Mexcio)

Brittany Hoye graduated with honors from Pima Medical Institute with an Associates of Science in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program, as well as an Associate of Science in Exercise Science. She is a certified Ortho-Therapist, a personal trainer licensed by ISSA (International Sports Science Association), and is certified in both Personalized Blood Flow Restriction Therapy and Myofascial Decompression (cupping).
Brittany began working in the health care setting at Presbyterian Hospital, followed by working at Elite-OSM as a Rehabilitation Specialist. She has experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings, as well as working with developmentally disabled adults and pediatrics.
When she isn’t working, Brittany enjoys music, hiking and off roading with her family and friends.
Nate Flores

Nate Flores is a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer with expertise in corrective exercise. Nate has worked with some of the world's top athletes most of his career. In the beginning, he worked at a prestigious training facility in Southern California where he had the opportunity to with NFL, NBA, MLB, UFC, and NCAA athletes. He learned from top chiropractors, physical therapists, and strength coaches that had one goal in mind, help the athlete improve.
Dr. Kevin Do
PT, DPT (Serving New Mexico)
Dr. Kevin Do grew up in Albuquerque, NM. He attended the University of New Mexico where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.
Dr. Kevin Do’s involvement and interest around athletics growing up is what led him to pursue a career in health, rehabilitation, fitness, and wellness. In 2018, Dr. Kevin Do received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of the Incarnate Word. Dr. Kevin Do has since practiced in outpatient sports and orthopedic clinics in Oregon, Washington, Colorado, and New Mexico. He utilizes his expertise to examine & diagnose injury in order to treat pain and return his clients to optimal function and sporting activities.
Dr. Kevin Do utilizes manual techniques, ortho-therapy, functional dry needling, ASTYM, and many other modalities to supplement his practice to provide exceptional quality care and outcomes.
Dr. Kevin Do loves outdoor recreation. He is an avid fly fisherman and golfer. His other entertainment interests include watching pro sports (UFC, NFL, NBA, PGA, etc) and playing Texas Holdem poker.
Dr. Carlos Gamero

Dr. Gamero moved to Las Vegas from New York City, New York in order to pursue his dream of healing the highest level athletes in the world. Having grown up in Miami, Florida he earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from Florida International University. After graduating he knew he wanted to turn his life-long passion of Martial Arts into his vocation and began searching for a way to do just that. While training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu one day it dawned upon him that most of his training partners and even his professor were constantly being injured, learning how to heal the body and treat musculoskeletal injuries was the answer. This began a fascination with the human body, anatomy, biomechanics, rehabilitation, and kinesiology. With encouragement from his friends and family Dr. G moved to New York in order attend NYU, where he earned his doctorate degree in physical therapy.
Along the way Dr. G became a certified strength and conditioning specialist, the highest certification in this field and has continued to practice various forms of Martial Arts including Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Greco roman wrestling, capoeira, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, boxing, and Muay Thai.
During the course of his career at Elite-OSM he has treated NFL Players, UFC fighters, and many other professional athletes.
His interests include Eastern and Western philosophy, psychology, music, literature, and classic films.
Dr. Sean Plake

Dr. Sean Plake graduated at the top of his class with a doctorate in naprapathic medicine from Southwest University of Naprapathic Medicine. Dr Sean has been a trusted provider for UFC fighters, medical doctors, models and family athletes in Albuquerque. He is one of the founding doctors of Elite-OSM. He is licensed through the New Mexico Board of Medicine and the Nevada Board of Massage therapy.
Sean Plake graduated with honors in Exercise Science from the University of New Mexico. He also completed additional coursework in Nutrition. Sean gained a thorough understanding of human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and movement assessment during his time in the Exercise Science program at UNM. This program is directed by the highly regarded and respected educator Dr. Len Kravitz.
Sean has over eight years of experience as a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, and has helped lead thousands of people towards their health and fitness goals through personal training and group fitness. His passion to help people move better without pain continues to grow as he continues to gain additional knowledge in corrective movement and exercise techniques.
Sean is Kinesio I and Rocktape PMT I, FMT II, certified and is one of the leaders in the therapeutic taping field in New Mexico.
Sean is a graduate of the ABQ School of Medical Massage where he earned his license in medical massage therapy. He gained additional knowledge in anatomy, physiology, postural assessments, trigger points, myo-fascial stretching techniques, and sports massage through this cutting edge program.
Sean thoroughly enjoys the field of physical medicine and corrective exercise. As a certified Ortho-Therapist, he changes people's lives daily by helping them live pain free.
Sean is an avid Cowboy's and Lobos fan and enjoys the beautiful New Mexico weather whenever he can!
